Avanet celebrates 12 years – A heartfelt thank you!

On December 12, 2024, Avanet AG turns exactly twelve years old. Founded in 2012, we have reached many milestones, overcome challenges, and continuously evolved since then. Our last blog post about our birthday was already seven years ago, when we celebrated our fifth anniversary. This special date is a good reason for us to pause once again and, above all, to do one thing: say thank you.

A look back at 12 years of Avanet AG

A lot has happened since our founding. Our blog has become an integral part of our work, where we share our opinions and report on new developments around Sophos products. We use the company’s products for our customers with conviction and genuine enthusiasm, and we are very satisfied with most of the solutions.

But as in life and in the technology industry, nothing stays the same forever. This year in particular, we have done some rethinking: in two product areas – switches and access points – we will take a different direction in the future. We will report more on this in a separate article. Today, however, we want to focus on something else.

Thank you to our customers

Our biggest thank you goes to our customers. Whether they have been working with us for many years or have only recently found us: their trust means everything to us. Loyalty is not something we take for granted, and we greatly appreciate that our customers rely on our expertise.

We would particularly like to thank our long-standing customers who have accompanied us for years and enable us to grow together. And to all new customers who place their trust in us: thank you for giving us the chance to be your partner. Your loyalty and your feedback drive us to get better every day.

Looking ahead: 2025 and beyond

The coming year, 2025, will be a year of change for us – and we are looking forward to it. Behind the scenes, we have been working on several new developments for a long time, and we will be able to present them in the coming months. As so often, development takes longer than one would like, but we are confident that it will be worth it. As soon as we can say more, we will of course let you know.
