Manchmal ist es einfacher, ein Problem direkt per Fernzugriff anzuschauen, als mehrmals per E-Mail hin- und herzuschreiben. Buchen Sie sich daher für komplexere Themen am besten einen Termin.

Hinweis: Bitte hinterlegen Sie im Anmerkungsfeld eine kurze Beschreibung, worum es Ihnen bei diesem Termin geht. Eine kurze Problembeschreibung würde dem Supporter helfen, sich auf den Termin vorzubereiten.

Wichtig: Der Support steht in Deutsch und in Englisch zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der gebuchte Zeitraum mit 220 CHF pro Stunde verrechnet wird (Abrechnung alle 15 Minuten), unabhängig davon, ob das Problem in dieser Zeit gelöst werden konnte.
