In this guide, we will show you where to install the license key for your Sophos Firewall.<\/p>\n\n

Note<\/strong>: When purchasing a hardware bundle (TotalProtect, EnterpriseProtect, etc.), experience shows that the license key is automatically installed by Sophos itself. As soon as you start the firewall, the license is activated. A manual import of the key is only necessary for renewals and single licenses. <\/p>\n\n

1. Navigate to the “About the product” page<\/h2>\n\n

Log in to your XG Firewall and click on your username in the top right navigation. Then select \u00dcber das Produkt<\/code> from the drop-down menu. <\/p>\n\n

2. Activate subscription<\/h2>\n\n

Under Appliance Registration – Overview<\/strong>, click the blue button labeled Abonnement aktivieren<\/code>. After that a window appears to activate the license key. <\/p>\n\n

3. Import license key<\/h2>\n\n

Copy the license number from your license PDF, which you will receive by email after 1 – 3 days after your order, and paste it into the form field. In the following screenshot we have framed the field in red. Then click on Schl\u00fcssel verifizieren<\/code> to read the license key. <\/p>\n\n
