You will need your UTM license ID at the latest when your license has expired and you want to renew it.<\/p>\n\n

Note<\/strong>: If you want to renew a license in our store, it helps a lot if you include the license ID in the comment field of your order. If you forget, it is not a problem. We will ask if we can’t find the license ID on our end.<\/p>\n\n

How to find your Sophos UTM license ID<\/h2>\n\n

Log in to your SG firewall. In the following screenshot we have marked in red where you can find the license ID on the dashboard:<\/p>\n\n
