The serial number is a unique identifier of your Sophos hardware. There can be several situations where you will be asked for your serial number. At the latest, once you open a ticket with Sophos, you will need the serial number of your firewall.<\/p>\n\n

In this guide we will show you where to find the serial number for your XG\/XGS firewall<\/strong> running Sophos Firewall OS or SG firewall<\/strong> running UTM operating system or. For both systems, you can already find the serial number on the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n
