Enhanced Support – for additional support services from Sophos
Sophos offers two different support plans for the XG firewall: Enhanced and Enhanced Plus.
Value added through Enhanced Support
Sophos support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by email and phone.
Your XG firewall will always be updated with the latest patterns and feature updates. Pattern updates are installed automatically and you need to intervene for new features or bugfixes. If you have licensed the Enhanced Support, the XG Firewall is covered by the warranty. In case of a hardware failure you will receive a pre-replacement.
The bundles EnterpriseProtect (Plus) and TotalProtect (Plus) already include Enhanced Support. If you only want to purchase the Sophos Firewall appliance, you can book support with this product.
