Sophos offers two different support plans for the XG Firewall: Enhanced and Enhanced Plus. This upgrade allows you to upgrade from an Enhanced to an Enhanced Plus license.

Sophos support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by email or phone.
Your XG firewall will always be updated with the latest patterns and feature updates. Pattern updates are installed automatically and you need to intervene for new features or bugfixes. We are happy to support you at any time.
If you have licensed the Enhanced Support, the XG Firewall is covered by the warranty.
- If there is a hardware failure, you will receive an advance replacement.
- Sophos support supports you with 4 hours per remote consulting contract.
- With the Enhanced Plus, you will be treated preferentially in the event of errors.
- You will get VIP contact to Senior Support Engineers.
The bundles EnterpriseProtect (Plus) and TotalProtect (Plus) include Enhanced Support. If you only want to purchase the Sophos Firewall appliance, you can book support with this product.
