Partnership with Cybora for Threat Intelligence Feeds
After a one-year testing and evaluation phase, we are entering into a partnership with Cybora for Threat Intelligence Feeds. Cybora curates and operates the feeds; Avanet contributes experience from real-world firewall environments and, by agreement, anonymised telemetry data. This creates continuously updated lists of malicious IP addresses, domains and URLs that can be integrated into Sophos Firewall and other platforms as external Threat Feeds. Available in four packages, from Basic to Ultimate.

From now on, we rely on access points and switches from UniFi.
Sophos Platinum Partner in Luxembourg

Luxembourg branch opened
Operating our EU business from Switzerland was difficult. The new Luxembourg branch gives us a stronger base, and we now deliver to all 27 EU member states.
Avanet.ch is retired
The .ch domain suited our 2012 start-up perfectly. As our focus became international, we decided to rely entirely on the .com domain.
Infrastructure established in Germany
We are gradually entering the EU market. We established infrastructure in Germany to supply Europe with Sophos products.
Avanet Podcast launched
We published the first episode of our Sophos-focused podcast, covering Sophos UTM, XG Firewall and Central every two weeks.

After three successful years with PrestaShop, we replaced it with our own shop integrated directly into avanet.com.
