Sophos increases prices for SG Series, Access Points and REDs

In one month, Sophos is increasing prices. The justification is as follows:

Global challenges in the supply chain have led to significant price increases for components and shipping costs. – Extract from the email sent by Sophos to Sophos partners in December 2021

The following products are affected:

• Sophos UTM appliances and licenses in the SG Series (+10%)
• Sophos APX Series Access Points (+20%)
• Sophos SD-RED remote Ethernet devices (+20%)

Why license prices are also going up is not entirely clear, because they are not directly affected by the chip shortage or higher shipping costs. 🤷‍♂️

The XG and XGS appliances are not affected … at least not yet. 🤔
