Important announcement – Sophos Business Systems Transformation
Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that Sophos is conducting a so-called “Business Systems Transformation” during the first two weeks of October. Sophos has worked hard in recent years to modernize its business systems to simplify internal operations and processes. Now is the time to switch from the old system to the new.
The planned system upgrade will begin at the end of the business day on September 29, 2023, and is expected to last approximately two weeks. During this time, some of Sophos’s business systems are at a standstill, which impacts the processing of orders.
It is important for you to know that during this time, Sophos protection will be maintained for all customers and you will still be able to place orders through our online store. However, these are then processed by Sophos only after the successful transformation.
Excluded from this two-week waiting period are, exclusively with us, the following products, which we can continue to ship immediately:
