Important Announcement – Sophos Business Systems Transformation

We would like to inform you that Sophos is carrying out a “Business Systems Transformation” during the first two weeks of October. Over the past few years, Sophos has been working intensively to modernize its business systems and simplify internal workflows and processes. The time has now come to move from the old system to the new one.

The planned system update will begin at the close of business on September 29, 2023, and is expected to take around two weeks. During this time, some Sophos business systems will be unavailable, which will affect order processing.

It is important for you to know that Sophos protection will remain active for all customers during this period, and you can continue to place orders through our online shop. However, Sophos will only process these orders after the transformation has been completed successfully.

Exclusively through us, the following products are exempt from this two-week waiting period and can still be shipped immediately:
