Sophos Shop Update v3.4 – New Central products and roadmap
The year 2016 will soon be over and what we have achieved with our store this year is simply sensational for us! We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all our customers! Without your many orders and renewals this year, we would not be where we are now with Sophos.
Since the last store update, small changes have crept in and a few new products have been added again. Therefore it was high time again to give a short interim report.
Sophos Cloud becomes Sophos Central
Last time we announced it, meanwhile the change from “Sophos Cloud” to “Sophos Central” has been completed. All Central products can be found in our store at Sophos Central.
SG/XG come new with EU and UK power cable
If you order a Sophos SG or XG from us in the future, don’t be surprised if you also get an EU and UK power cable. Sophos has chosen to include these cables everywhere as standard. Of course, this is also very practical for us, since we now also supply customers from Germany and Austria. The CH power cable is supplied in a separate box.
Service page revised
Even though our store focuses on Sophos hardware and licenses, we do not want to hide our own services. After all, unlike other stores that sell Sophos, these are the ones that make the difference.
For us, Sophos is not just any product on the shelf. You buy your Sophos product from professionals, a certified Gold Partner, who themselves know something about the subject.
Update: In 2017, we achieved the highest status with Sophos and were officially named a Platinum Partner

Sophos Central Email

Sophos Central Device Encryption
Sophos Central Device Encryption is probably the simplest product in the Sophos Central portfolio. It helps you to enable disk encryption on any desired computer in your network, with just a few clicks, through the central management console “Sophos Central”.

Roadmap
We don’t want to give too much away yet, but for next year we are focusing on a new payment model for all “Sophos Central products”. We believe that there needs to be more flexibility, especially with licenses.
So you can be curious, because we have been working on a new and modern solution to offer you “Sophos Central Licenses” for quite some time. The release date of this solution is planned for Q1 2017.
Anyone who is already interested in this new payment model is welcome to contact us and help with the development as a “beta tester”.
Update: We no longer offer monthly licenses until further notice. Unfortunately, we had to discontinue our developed payment model for a Sophos Central or XG subscription in May 2018.
