Why is a project registration required?
To ensure that you keep the best possible price, we need to report orders for larger environments to Sophos as a project in the future.
Can I get some advice?
We are very interested in your finding the right Sophos product with us, and we want to help you succeed with your projects as well.
Can I also order as a private customer or only as a company?
Everyone is welcome and can create an account, even if most of the products in our shop have been developed for companies.
Can I register as a reseller?
Although we do not currently have a special registration process on our website, we do offer special conditions for resellers.
Can I also order by phone?
We do not accept orders by phone. Our ordering process is based on the principle that everything is handled through our shop.
What types of licenses do I have to choose from when I purchase?
In our online shop there are three types of licenses: Initial purchase, renewal and expansion. We'll show you how these 3 options differ.
Can I get a better price?
As a Sophos Platinum Partner, we believe in our prices and know that in most cases they cannot be undercut by anyone else.
Are there discounts for public institutions or non-profit organizations?
Yes, Sophos offers discounts on licenses to public institutions or non-profit organizations, but not on hardware or bundles.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, of course you can also order in our shop without registering. Just choose shopping as a guest at the checkout.
Who do I have to specify as end customer?
If you purchase a Sophos product from us in our online store, you will need to specify an end customer at the checkout. To find out whom to choose, click here.
