Sophos offers two different support plans for its firewall, Enhanced and Enhanced Plus.
Added value through Enhanced Support
Sophos support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email or phone.
Your XG Firewall is always provided with the latest pattern and feature updates. Pattern updates are installed automatically and your intervention is required for new features or bug fixes. Of course, we will be happy to support you at any time.
If you have licensed Enhanced Support, XG Firewall is covered by the warranty. In the event of a hardware failure, you will receive an advance replacement.
Enhanced Support is already included in the EnterpriseProtect (Plus) and TotalProtect (Plus) bundles. If you wish to purchase only the Sophos Firewall Appliance, you can add support with this product.
